Directly reporting to the Market Partner, you’ll serve as a vital link between a cluster of multi-unit restaurants and our corporate marketing team to drive traffic, boost sales, and foster enduring loyalty |

Work closely with the Corporate Marketing team to craft and implement effective local marketing strategies, campaigns, and events tailored to each restaurant's unique character |

Cultivate lasting connections with local businesses, schools, organizations, and influencers, aiming to boost community engagement and enhance brand awareness |
|
Take charge of coordinating and participating in local events, sponsorships, and charitable initiatives to fortify P.F. Chang’s presence within the community |
|
Ensure top-notch guest relations by promptly overseeing restaurant responses to guest feedback, reviews, and inquiries |
|
Capitalize on catering opportunities by nurturing relationships with recurring customers, including corporate clients, event planners, and pharmaceutical representatives |
|
Collaborate with the Marketing team to represent the local restaurants and establish positive relationships with local media outlets |
|
Develop and manage creative social media campaigns and content that align seamlessly with P.F. Chang’s branded social media identity |
|
Analyze and report on KPIs to evaluate the impact and success of local marketing initiatives |
