Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members |

Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly |

Drive growth and promotion of RABISLIST.COM-provided service offerings |

Take direction from the Community Lead and the Community Manager to support the Community Team as necessary |

Duties and Responsibilities |
List -People, Local Business, Community Organizations, Schools, Spiritual Centers– Temples, Mosques, Churches, Government Phone, Email, Social Media Contacts |
|
Call and add them as Potential Customers LIST |
|
Send Rabislist.com-GLOBAL Smart solutions links to the existing and potential new customers |
|
Post rabislist.com smart deals on Social Media, Followup and get orders and call them for FREEDOM EVENTS |
|
Sign up RABISLIST.COM Membership forms -Online/Onsite |
|
Greeting /Point of Contact-when the customers call |
|
Be the first and last point of contact for your Community |
|
Greet people who come in for RABISLIST.COM products n services |
|
Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members |
|
Membership Management |
|
Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications |
|
Be active on the RABISLIST.COM member network-ONSITE/ONLINE |
|
Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community |
|
|
Events and Community Management |
Conduct COMMUNITY FREEDOM Parties with the members assigned to you. Ensure all your members work together like a Joint family |
|
Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages |
|
Make posters for events. Conduct as per the show agenda professionally within time and budget |
|
Prepare newsletter |
|
Building Operations and Management for the Community. Assist the community as required and on demand |
|
Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets |
|
Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience |
|
Fielding and assigning requests submitted through RABISLIST.COM-Community Management team |
|
Manage keycard activations and bike room access requests where applicable |
|
Ensuring the building is clean and well kept |
|
Ordering RABISLIST.COM products and services |
|
Submit receipts to the Community Lead and the Community Manager for expense reports |
|
Mail and Deliver Package responsibilities as needed |
|
Identify issues for escalation to the Community Lead and the Community Manager and document accordingly |
|
|
Experience and Requirements |
A Community Associate is the primary point of contact for the community and acts as the "face" of RABISLIST.COM Community |
|
College graduate with a four year degree preferred, but not required |
|
Customer service and/or sales experience a plus |
|
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills |
|
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills |
|
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy |
|
Passion for entrepreneurial communities |
|
Passion and understanding for RABISLIST.COM mission and values |
|
Proficient in basic computer skills |
|
As a community associate, your job consists of managing projects, developing effective outreach campaigns to increase awareness of a brand, service, or product, and tracking member engagement. |
|
You may also help create engaging content and products. |
|
Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, psychology, or other related fields. |
|
storytelling, promotional outreach, organizing community events, writing content, and public relations to present an organization in a positive light. |
|
Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential for this role. |
