Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Person to join our team. As a Delivery Person, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations

Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring that items are securely stored

Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher

Provide exceptional customer service by delivering items promptly and with a friendly attitude

Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documentation

Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or concerns

Experience:

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred

Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus

Ability to operate various types of delivery vehicles, such as vans, box trucks, or tractor-trailers

Proficient in using GPS navigation systems to plan routes and track deliveries

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
