We are looking for a dynamic leader: a VP of Operations plays a critical role in driving the success and growth of our restaurant business by overseeing all operational aspects and ensuring a consistently high level of service and guest satisfaction; oversight of all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing of a multi-million + location, overseeing the financial performance and health of the restaurant, guest relations, and staff development.
Key responsibilities :
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including expansion, revenue growth, and cost control.
Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Operational Oversight: Lead Restaurant by managing daily operations and developing and executing growth strategies; Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing processes for efficiency and productivity.
Team Leadership: Mentor management team by directing their work efforts, monitoring recruitment efforts, resolving client issues, and addressing employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Guest Service Experience: Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are upheld, addressing customer concerns promptly, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
Quality Control/Compliance: Working with the Culinary team and oversight of quality control measures to ensure consistency in food, service, and cleanliness; Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Performance Analysis:
Analyzing key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to address deficiencies and capitalize on opportunities.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of General Management experience, multi-unit leadership experience required. Extensive Full-Service GM and/or multi-unit experience of 30 million + revenue. Experience directly overseeing a group of restaurants with different outlets. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
