This will be Implemented -from ground UP-AS GLOBAL DREAM NATIONS-UNIT, GLOBAL DREAM NATIONS-CITIES, GLOBAL DREAM NATIONS |

The associate will lead the Global Dream Nations master franchise in XX-Communities in association with GLOBAL Smart Solutions-Professional Management Solutions team in USA and work with the local professionals, businesses, communities, governments as required. |

NON COMPETE AGREEMENT |
|
For good consideration and mutual protection, the undersigned Global Business Associate hereby agrees , |
|
To Represent RABISLIST for the projects signed off |
|
Will work as a Global Business Associate of RABISLIST for the projects along with its team members or associates |
|
Not Hire resources without prior approval |
|
Not to directly compete with the products/solutions designed and developed by RABISLIST |
|
Not to directly work with the projects or clients of RABISLIST |
|
Not to directly use confidential documents shared by RABISLIST and its staff without prior permission |
|
The term “not compete” as used herein shall mean that the Associate shall not own, manage, operate, consult or be employed in a business substantially similar to or competitive with the present business of such other business activity in which may substantially engage during the term of the association. |
|
The Associate acknowledges that the associate shall or in reliance of this agreement provide the associate access to trade secrets, customers and other confidential data and good will .The associate agrees to retain said information as confidential and not to use said information on his own behalf or disclose same to any third party. |
|
This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, personal representatives and working associates/employees. |

This contract will be reviewed from time to time and will be amended based on requirements |
