you plan, organize, and execute all aspects of each event, provide daily support to the event team, including setup and logistics, book each venue, manage event staff, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a successful event execution.

 

Focuse on planning the larger scope of an event, an event focus on the gathering's finer details. For example, an event planner may choose the event's color scheme, budget, menu, hosting venue and entertainment.

 

Working towards the broad goal of putting on a successful event, concert, or festival, producers truly do it all, from booking artists and hiring staff to preparing the venue and furnishing it with equipment.

 

Lead all the activities involved in an event, from planning to execution. This duty involves tasks like meeting with the client to determine their specifications, finding vendors and sponsors, managing event staff members, and allocating funds effectively.
